The PKP Development Team is pleased to announce the release of OJS 2.4.2.

This release builds on the 2.4.1 release and further stabilizes the 2.4.x line for production use. In addition, it adds many of the translations that were not completed in prior 2.4.x releases, including French, Spanish, Catalan, Turkish, Danish, and Greek.

Additional functionality was contributed by the Free University of Berlin, particularly with their continued support for Lucene integration.

With this release we expect that the 2.4.x line will become the focus for our production use. (We will continue to maintain 2.3.x with security updates as required.)

Our special thanks go out to our many translators and the Free University of Berlin for their ongoing invaluable contributions.
