OJS 2.3.7, OCS 2.3.5, and OHS 2.3.2 build on the stability of the 2.3.x line of releases with a number of minor bug fixes and minor refinements. This release also corrects a security issue in one of the third-party libraries included in prior 2.3.x releases.
