The PKP Development Team is pleased to announce the release of OJS 2.2.3.

OJS 2.2.3 is a maintenance release that fixes several minor bugs in OJS 2.2.2 and introduces several new features. These include:

* Added nl_NL locale
* Numerous languages updated
* Add TinyMCE support to reviewer comments
* Overhaul DOI generation
* Overhaul COUNTER statistics storage
* Link article title on TOC
* HTTPS login fixed
* PostgreSQL nullable fixes
