If you haven't seen CodeBreakers Journal before, you should take a look.

They have made considerable modifications to OJS, not only in the "look and feel", but also in the functionality. Displaying "latest papers" and "popular papers" at the top of the screen is a great addition. The images (feature conference video, paper icons, etc.) all add visual interest, and I also like the issues being listed in the left sidebar, along with Statistics and Who's Online.

When you select an individual article, they have also added the ability to give it a rating. Nice.

This is a very impressive journal that helps point the way to new innovations in how we publish online.
