Commercial Support
The Public Knowledge Project believes strongly in working with developers, publishers, libraries, electronic journals, conferences, and others to find the best solution to their research software needs.
For some, taking advantage of our free software downloads and using our products independently is the perfect DIY (Do It Yourself) option.
For others, however, who are looking for some support, we offer a range of services, including in-depth paid support, training, migration assistance to transfer the technology from our system to yours, and a complete hosting and support package.
In conjunction with SFU's Canadian Centre for Studies in Publishing, we can also direct interested users to an extensive range of copy-editing and other publishing support services provided by CCSP Press.
The SFU Library is also a leader in the field of digitization, and can assist you with moving your print collections or journal back issues online. We can also host your digital collections on our server and provide support and training for managing your digital library.
Because all of our software is open source, you have free access to the software source code and to all of your data, and can choose to move from our hosted services to an in-house solution at any time that is right for you.

Once you are ready to proceed, please fill in this order form, and we will set up your software and send you an invoice for the annual fee via email.
