I think the "mail buttons" used to send various messages should be improved in the OJS interface. First, there is no hint that these buttons are clickable. Then they are very small. And the same UI is used in different context: to contact the author/editor, or to proceed to the next step when a message is required.

This is disturbint for every new OJS user.

This UI should be improved, for example by using standard form buttons with an explanatory text.

Moreover, there should not be a button to send a message to oneself, such as when the section editor sees this button with their name on the "Editor" line of a submission.
