WRT our recent discussions about how to get around SPF email filtering issues. Change the system to use a more "wordpress"-like system of sending out email notifications from the server's mail address itself (eg. admin@lib-ojs3.lib.sfu.ca), rather than from editor@gmail.com etc. Requires a fair bit of overhaul, most likely.

This is a high priority, but maybe not high enough for OJS 2.4.2 (and may well require a lot of email template changes). Bumping -- but only slightly.
