Platform: Oracle Linux 6.3
OJS version: 2.4.0.0 Stable branch

Logged in as Admin, I go to Journal Management > Users Enrolled in this Journal, click on Disable (any available user), provide a reason (optional), and click OK and a white page is returned. Attached is a screen cap of the Apache log that shows a call to an undefined error. See attached.
