Add Mendeley Readership Stats as Reading tool

Juan, is that ReaderMeter? For some reason that one seems to have dropped off the web.
I think that it can be done using the Mendeley API directly, but perhaps using ReaderMeter makes more sense. I haven't looked into ReaderMeter enough to know how easy it would be to implement, but I can't imagine it'd be too complicated.
OK, but that'll require new locale keys (as opposed to a drop-in widget), which aren't possible for 2.4.2 (no translation round). Punting a little further.

Not exactly; if there was a drop-in widget, even if it didn't include all the languages, translating it would be out of scope for us. Or if it was implemented as a plugin, but the Reading Tools don't currently use those structures.
