The image describing the editorial workflow of OJS (edprocess.png/edprocesslarge.png) is part of the locale subdirectory, but it hasn't been localized so far.

It would be helpful to have an existing source file. If none exists, a new one (that's easy to edit and to localize) should be created.

During this process other problems could be addressed, e.g. the mentioning of PKP beinged developed at UBC and the (invalid) web link to UBC.

The old UBC URL is corrected as part of bug #7770.
