Locale keys in the reviewer's Archive page (specifically, all Director Decision column keys on eg. http://git/ocs/index.php/test/test/reviewer/index/completed) appear untranslated, even though they are included in locale/en_US/director.xml. 

I've looked at a few other similar bugs (6865, 6651, etc.) but can't quite figure out how to fix this one.
