Currently, OxS allows authors to upload only one submission file (although multiple supplementary files). There are certain cases where the uploading and continued management of multiple submission files might be useful -- for example, if an authorized user wants to expedite multiple galleys; if the review workflow demands more than one revised submission file (such as a revised submission & associated letter explaining revisions); if the submission type demands multiple files (eg. multimedia); etc.
