Currently, the Open Access moving wall option available under Journal Management -> Subscriptions -> Subscription Policies is a drop-down menu; the JM can choose a moving wall from 0 to 24 months. In some cases, a 24-month moving wall isn't enough; this should be an open field, so that JMs can specify more distant moving walls. (I've heard of moving walls as far down the line as 10 years.)
