after the system update to version 2.3.4.0,
 Whenever I try to record some editorial decision or selecting an evaluator for the system, does not load the next page. After these stops can not enter the system in any way, even changing their browser or operating system, always take a few minutes so I can enter the system again, but the error still appears.

This is not enough information for us to be able to debug the problem, unfortunately. Can you check your server log to see if there are any corresponding error messages?
