The only symptoms I see in my error log are:

Undefined property: SubmissionFilesArtworkMetadataForm::$_monographId (/home/fgrandel/Development/dev/pkp-omp/controllers/grid/files/submissionFiles/form/Submission
FilesArtworkMetadataForm.inc.php:95), referer: http://localhost/pkp-omp/index.php/test/submission/wizard/2?monographId=5

then

and the same for parameter h.

Clicking on the "Continue" button of the meta-data form doesn't do anything.
