Note: this may be extensible to whenever a new file is uploaded to the system, at least during submission. Courtesy of http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6629&p=25538#p25538. 

Add a pop-up notification (of the jQuery/top-right-corner sort) when a revised file is uploaded during the Review process. This notification should confirm that the submission has been successfully uploaded.
