Again, courtesy of http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6511&p=25052#p25052. Allow the Journal Manager to enable notification of new user registration: every time a new user registers with the system, an email with the user's details (except password, of course) is sent to the Primary Contact. Useful in tracking user registration in general, and possible spam registrations in particular.
