One of our journals wants to be able to hide the breadcrumb and title from the homepage, and Kevin suggested to make this a journal setting since other journals have wanted this (including the one I work with).

This has locale keys so we can't put it in the next release--Also, Alec, I'd appreciate it if you'd take a look to make sure you think this should be included in OJS at all.  If so, we'll also need to backport.
