If I switch to a fullscreen view of the citation editor while citations are still being processed, the view doesn't include the citation processing warning or the refresh button; so I lose the ability to refresh and return directly to the citation page. (Refreshing by CTRL-R is still possible, of course, but clunky.) 

If possible, it would be good to include the warning and button in the fullscreen view, if otherwise displayed.

James, is it ok if we defer this one to after 2.3.3? This is quite some work and I don't think people will see the refresh button often anyway. Most of the time processing is done after two minutes or so.
