Allow for author names (metadata) to be entered in multiple languages. This seems to have been requested many times (http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=5060; http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=4313&p=24442#p24442) and I thought that maybe I'd already added a feature request, but I can't find one.

Not only author names should be in multiple languages but also their affiliation

Regarding comment #1: Affiliations are already localized as per bug #5550 (since OJS 2.3.3).

Thanks, Alec. It's been requested often enough though that even if it were available in -master (and potentially back-portable to -stable) I think a fair number of folks would be very happy.

Taking ownership as I have a patch for this, though it will need some work to get it into stable, and probably could use some polish.
