Enable JM/SM to filter subscription listing by expiration (i.e. subscription has already expired or is still valid).

Hi Michael, I'm bumping this up (well, to "2.3.x" :D) and adding a few comments recently received from Andrea Kosavic that I believe are pertinent to this report: 

"Is there a history of subscriptions somewhere that can be pulled.  For example, would we be able to tell our editor the breakdown of subscriptions from Jan 1 2006 - Dec 31 2007"

Not sure if this is in scope of what you are thinking about filter-wise, but I think it would be a worthwhile addition.
