Two improvements: 

1. The search option is currently only available by clicking "Edit" for a given locale, and then only per locale file. It should be possible to search across all files of a given locale, and for the search option to be easily available, eg.: "Check | Edit | Search" for each locale on the main Translator page. 

2. It should be possible to search for the key text, not just the key name: ie., we should be able to search for "Change my password", not just "user.changeMyPassword".
