The Director's Presentations page (http://cvs/ocs2/index.php/conf1/sched1/director/submissions/submissionsAccepted) should be sortable by arrow keys, but the arrow keys are broken. Clicking one results in a page reload but no change in sort order. 

(This page should eventually be sortable by drag and drop. Separate bug entry?)

Fixed. (The problem wasn't the up/down code, but the sort column used in displaying the list.)
