In the QuickSubmit plugin, implement pop-up windows (or perhaps initially hidden ajaxed controls) to allow for:
-Multiple submission files (PDFs, HTML, etc).
-HTML Galley management (HTML files, images, etc), and perhaps a galley management pop-up for all galleys.
-Supplementary files.

These functions should be initially hidden and accessed via a link in the appropriate area.

Rewrite for QuickSubmit filed elsewhere; specific UI tweaking superseded by UI rewrite.
