From the Ontario Synergies node:

Functionality that enables a subscriptions manager to select multiple subscribers (or groups of subscribers by subscription type) in order to send email messages would be ideal. For example, one can not currently email all subscribers to let them know about a new issue or a change in pricing, this is only possible through the user management options menu, which does not provide subscription information.
