We should consider adding a new section to Step 1 of the Journal Setup for indexing sources (e.g., Web of Science, PubMed Central, Agricola, etc.). It could be formatted in exactly the same way as Publisher or Sources of Support, allowing for a note, a name, and a url -- with the option to add additional entries. 

This information should then be displayed on the About page under "Indexing" (and harvested by our journal tracker!).

This is important enough information, however, to rate a specific entry -- and to encourage editors to think about this and add it to their site.
