assign location for event

Unsure how to assign a location for a special event created.
Generally speaking, special events often won't be in the usual buildings/rooms set defined for presentations in the scheduler. The location should be described in the special event description. (We'll see what feedback we get on this arrangement and revisit if necessary in a future release.)

If we allow for formatting the schedule in table format, this information could conceivably be useful. I also don't think it's a problem for Conference Managers to create special rooms/buildings to schedule events against.
