No registration link is shown under conference information.

Are payments configured? (Under Conference Manager's interface.)

Logs in as Conference Manager, clicks on Registration under Current Conferences, create new registration, checks payment received. Registration link doesn't show under Conference Information.

Try "Payment Methods" on the Conference Management page; choose a method and save.

Fill up IPN URL and Seller Account and then save, it shows up.

That's as it should be -- it's required to set up payments before registrations can be accepted.
