PKP Bugzilla – Bug 2928
Registering and notifying co-authors
Last modified: 2012-01-30 09:03:26 PST
We are moving to Git Issues for bug tracking in future releases. During transition, content will be in both tools. If you'd like to file a new bug, please create an issue.
In order to facilitate the completion of competing interests and to enable editors to notify all co-authors...
a) all co-authors will need to be registered with the submission; how best to do that I am not sure (system matches and puts forward best guesses?), but if email and name are new, the author should be
notified that they have been registered with a username and password generated
b) all co-authors will recieve the Editor Decision Notify Author Email.
c) If the competing interest option has been checked, and the decision is anything but Decline Submission, then authors recieve appended to the end of their first Notify Authors email....
Competing Interests: All authors (including co-authors) must complete a Competing Interest statement
for this submission to proceed. Please log into this journal (using Forgot your Password, if necessary) and once logged in, click on Author > submission title > Summary > Edit Metadata. The enter statement and click on Save button.
