-- the Registration link will appear in the Conference Information listing even if the registration options haven't been fully configured; clicking the link will cause the user to be redirected to the scheduled conference's home page

-- there is no good indication to the Conference Manager whether the various registration options, including payments, have been fully configured; troubleshooting registration issues is subsequently problematic.
