Note that will at least need renaming; FU Berlin has already added a browse plugin that does something different.

This needs some work before it can be integrated into the codebase.
- Coding standards (new-by-reference) 
- Debugging content remains (logging)
- Should be reworked to use controlled vocab structure instead of semi-colon delimiters
- Indenting
