While I'm undergoing the submission process, any submission file (eg. paper, supplementary file) that I've uploaded is linked to via a URL pointing to eg. 

http://git/ocs/index.php/conf/con2010/author/download/28/16

But when I click on the link, the page simply reloads. This doesn't happen after the submission process -- I can now access all submission files normally on the Submission Summary page. Maybe this is an authorization issue? 

This does not seem to be a problem with OJS 2.3.4.
