This will allow for longer DOI suffixes, as per http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1567&p=26736#p26736. I'm guessing setting the maxlength of the doiSuffixPattern field in templates/manager/setup/step1.tpl to 50 should be sufficient.
