Currently, presentations can only be published to the main page by Directors: they have to view the Author's final paper version (download it), optionally convert it to something more web-friendly if not already done so, and then reupload. To make this process smoother, we should consider two other options: 1) Allow for faster Director-mediated publication. Directors should be able to publish any reviewed version with just a click, rather than by going through the download/upload process: ideally, by choosing a version by radio button and clicking something like "Save as Galley" button, which would add the file as a galley below. 2) Allow for an automatic, unmediated publication of the Author's last uploaded version. This should only be an option, under Scheduled Conferences -> Setup Step 2.1 (and probably grouped with the Post Abstracts checkbox). The option should be something like "Post abstracts once the abstract review has been completed". When the "Complete" button is pressed for a submission, the last-uploaded paper version is then published in the Presentations listing.

I think the first feature could also conceivably be useful for OJS (no idea about OMP): there are probably journals (or modified versions of OJS that support something not quite journal-like) out there that normally move the one of the last-reviewed files straight to galley level.
