<thetext>Section Editors may need to revise Reviewer Interests - particularly if they are invited reviewers who have not self-registered.

When selecting reviewers, Section Editors should be able to edit the Reviewing Interest metadata.

As reviewers are not given a limited vocabulary to choose reviewing interests from (this proposed plugin would help <http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4800>), the free-text field entry tends to result in variation in taxonomy or empty interest fields.

If a review refuses a request based on a lack of experience/understanding of the topic, the Section Editor could remove a reviewing interest that triggered the initial reques assignment.</thetext>

<thetext>We at the California Digital Library have found that our journal editors and section editors want this functionality as well. Since we host multiple journals on one instance, one complication that has occurred to us is that a reviewer might span multiple journals, so those interests would have to be associated with a specific journal for that reviewer.</thetext>
