When selecting reviewers, Section Editors should be able to edit the Reviewing Interest metadata. As reviewers are not given a limited vocabulary to choose reviewing interests from (this proposed plugin would help <http://pkp.sfu.ca/support/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=4800>), the free-text field entry tends to result in variation in taxonomy or empty interest fields. If a review refuses a request based on a lack of experience/understanding of the topic, the Section Editor could remove a reviewing interest that triggered the initial reques assignment. 32702 lisa.schiff 2012-12-20 16:49:20 -0800 We at the California Digital Library have found that our journal editors and section editors want this functionality as well.
