Reviewed abstract and accepted (didn't test resubmit for review or revisions required). Then reviewed paper and when chose resubmit for review. Document went to editing, instead of remaining in review. John, I suppose we should remove the Reviewer decision "Resubmit for Review". Ramón, the Editor decision "Resubmit for Review" has been removed, and submissions should only move into Editing when an "Accept" editorial decision has been recorded. OJS has two "resubmit" options, so it makes sense to word them similarly, but OCS doesn't.
